When the C.A.R.E Foundation; an Exotic Animal Rescue Center in Apopka Florida needed laundry equipment to support the immense needs of the park, and animal care givers. They turned to Crossover by Wascomat, the only True Commercial Laundry equipment to stand up to the demands of the foundation. The CARE Foundation is a non-profit. Exotic Animal Rescue and Wildlife Education Facility located in Apopka, Florida. They provide permanent homes to over 200 animals including big cats, bears, monkeys, birds, crocodilians, various reptiles and assorted wildlife. The CARE Foundation was established to provide non-domestic, non-releasable animals with a safe and permanent home. This is NOT A ZOO but a place to educate the public on conservation and current environmental issues concerning endangered and threatened species, as well as local wildlife and their habitat.
We had struggled for too long with home machines that made the claim to be commercial until the we found Crossover. For us this is equipment that the park counts on. We may do 10 loads a day and the demands for reliability and longevity are critical. We are so appreciative to have this as part of the essential tools to our operations, you cannot imagine the mess and importance of clean linens in the care of these beautiful animals.
